Generally I would agree, but the forum in question is only intended for a UK audience and the vast majority of users using the TLDs above have been spammers. That's not to say they are actually from the corresponding countries, but they are using domains ending in those TLDs. We'd prefer block them by default and manually allow in genuine users. It's a shame that vB doesn't support banning for situations like ours, but thanks for taking the time to reply and let me know
