Reducing and Increasing white spaces in 4.07 (postbit) and add a seperation line too.

Hi All,

I am looking at changing the look of my posts (postbit on vB4.0.7) to look much neater (and similar to what they used to look like in vB3.8.X).

Attached are two images, one as it currently looks "From This" and the other is how I would like it to look "To This".

I would be most grateful if someone could give me layman's terms on how to achieve it please.
