Will be migrating from 3.8.x to 4.1.x in Feb and looking for some suggestions (since this is the time to consider changes).

New templates are being designed now, but will likely not differ all that much from the current ones. I'll be ditching the arcade...no other changes that I can think of right now.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
