The query in here would probably work with just adding in an addition WHERE for the forumid - BT - Latest threads member info (Sideblock)

I'm not sure if you are asking for somebody to actually write this for you (in which case you should post in the Unpaid or Paid Requests forum) or you are just looking for pointers on how to do it.
