Default Notice Board/Announcement Mod??
Hi,

I'm trying to look for a mod that will allow myself and my Moderator the ability to place an announcement on the forum that everyone can see,but not reply to. Ideally I'd like something that's seen on the forum home page by everyone.

Does such a mod exist?
