so what if they log in on another account?
im not sure you can ever be sure the person your trying to catch doing something is useing the only account they have, unless u approve each and every account, then ban an accounts IP, that IP will always be banned,and the account would also be banned . this would force them to come in on another account, and they would also not be able to get it on the banned IP. SO LOL I don't understand the what differance it will make where they log in from.

But that would be the problem of tracking aan account and what IP it has logged in from every single time its logged in, and what do you do about DHCP assigned IPs, the first part will always be the same but the last part will change as its assigned by dhcp.

also what if they mask the IP with a proxy :>, just ban accounts of suspected people and force them to talk you into letting them use the account again or not.

you can ban partial IP and stop dhcp assigned ips, and there may be a mod that would reveal a proxy Ip , but man your going to have a lot of time invested in trying to track an accounts IPs
