Does this addon allow you to sell directory listings? If yes, then how can customers pay for it?

I see there is an import function. Can this import from GARS? If yes, then what does it import?

I read it is possible to rate entries. Is that similar to thread ratings or can we let users rate a number of things and use this for reviews? For example for restaurant users could rate:
- quality of food
- quality of service
- ambiance
- price
etc.

Would that be possible?
