Hi and thanks first of all, there are no errors at all, if there were any i was "happy" to try to understand where the issue is, instead there is nothing, i mean, on the website there is no chatbox amd i have been following all the steps in order to install it right, now, on the first post of this thread there is a "CODE" maybe do i have to paste that CODE into a particular place into some template variables?? if you go on my site www.rotaryheaven.net u see there is no chatbox and it is active, all permissions are right for users and admins so please help me im stuck
