*RESOLVED*
I didn't go far enough back to see this post. The heading is under:

Settings > Options > User Registration Options > Username Reuse Delay

I have disabled the reuse function and will have users test - if problem resolved, we're good. If problem persists, I'll be back!

Erg! Help!

I've gone through most things myself, even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling mod.

I installed the mod just before Christmas as our users wanted to change their names to 'Christmas' themed names, and it was getting troublesome for me to do all and sundry whilst also working full time so I installed this mod.

The initial changing of names worked without a hitch, however, since Christmas, the most users are unable to revert to their old usernames. Some are successful in reverting, but 95% get this error:

vBulletin Message
That username is already in use or does not meet the administrator's standards. If you are *username* and you have forgotten your password, click here.

My current settings for the mod are set for:

Can you shed any light on this problem for me please?
