vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Classifieds Form or Template?

I've searched around and can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I'd like a form or template to use with our classifieds section so that before a thread is posted the user must input their location, price, etc. Then that information will appear in the post above the description.

I've seen this done before but can't find an example site right now.

microCLASSIFIEDS is great, but it doesn't keep classifieds posts as threads and is way more than I need.

Can anyone help me?
