Is there a mod that only allows single account registration per IP address?

Morning everyone,

I'm looking for a mod for vb 3.8 that will only allow single account registration per IP address. Been having an issue with member's creating multi accounts on the same IP address but with different emails, this is not allowed as per the rules of the site we run.
