I like it overall... decent design, nice icons- I don't see any serious issues...

I question your policy of not allowing users with less than 15 posts to view signatures though?

I totally understand hiding signatures from guests but once registered you still need 15 posts to view them? That's really punishing the user with the sig more than the new member, IMO.
