It could be that I'm having to go by other people's blogs, since I don't have it installed; but, for example, on vB.com, I see the ability to prevent users on your Ignore List from Viewing and/or commenting on your blog entires. Maybe this was a feature that was added later.

Yeah, I searched titles. But you have to search "blog" and "blogs" separately, as the search here seems to exclude partial matches. (Which really makes it fun when one of my search terms is "plugin".) I see six for "blog" and seven more for "blogs".
