Ok, finally I've fixed the issue with the showthread & forum home collapsible boxes. Only tested with the latest upgrade of this mod, use at your own risk if using a lower version.
only problem that I've found is what's in the attachment (only seems to affect the homepage)

First open up your skin then head over to f_seo_plugin_home and replace everything with
