Thanks! I think that problem was that I was logged in as admin so I created another account and it's visible now.

I had a friend in the UK tell me that it's pretty normal for them to see the US price there and they just proceed to paypal for the auto currency conversion. That would make it so I don't have to worry about filling in the amounts for other countries and just leave it to paypal. Would that make sense to do? Seems like that's how they are used to doing things...
