I need a plugin that similar to this : https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=248623 (this prevent any link that wrapped in any BBcode)

What I want is a plugin to prevent any new user from post Link BBcode (IMG & Video BBcode are excluded)

It should be like this :

- Number of Days Registered to Post BBCode

- BBcode Permission Based On Days Of Registered

..and we have an option to select which BBcode can be used altogether within this plugin

did someone already created it ? I couldn't find it here
