Is any of this idea possible or already available? Moderating our current and much visited Sales Corner at http://forums.watchuseek.com/f29/ is very time consuming and such a template would be a great help. Allow me to quote some of the discussion in my team to get you the idea:

I like the idea of a template. I remember once, long ago, seeing a site where if you hit the Post New Thread button, it would take you to a page that said something like "This forum is only for posting XXX. If you want to post about YYY or ZZZ, please use these forums." I think there was a button to confirm you understood the message, and it would take you to another page. This page had a form you had to fill in. For example, some of the fields were maybe: "Item for sale" "Asking price" "Where will you ship to?" etc. When you hit the post button at the end, it would generate a standard, formatted, sales post.

That's about what I had in mind, and there could be a standard format where the ads would be very easy to scan quickly for compliance. For example, we could limit photo's to one per item (or two, or whatever we choose). And all pertinent information would appear in the same place in each ad (like a form letter, "enter price here", enter size here" etc.), so they would have a bit of "sameness" as far as the format, making a quick visual scan rather easy compared to having to thoroughly read each ad as we'd have to do now (if we had the time to do so).
