I just posted a new release, fixed the text before I posted it heh.

I also added the ability to specify if it refreshes the user hourly, daily or weekly. Fixed a problem with the scheduled task when run on vB3 and added the option to put it in the sidebar.

It's my first addition of a sidebar so please test it out before you put it on a production system. It worked fine on the 2 dev systems I tried it on but you never know
