This depends very much on the theme in question. If you want to copy a simple theme and steal all the graphics, there is not much left to do for yourself. If you copy a more complex theme where you have to modify templates and/or add own code to templates/css, there is more work involved for yourself.

In both cases, the graphics are a lot of work if you do them yourself. And stealing them is most likely not allowed by the original creator.

He did not create any unique graphics other then a simple header, everything
else was take from the site...
