You probably need to change the template_hook they are using, but I don't know since they are from modifications. You will need to ask in the modification thread where the navtab is entered and what the plugin name is so you can go change it. (If the Home tab is the CMS, the template hook is set in the plugin called "Navbar: Insert CMS Navbar Entry" so you would change it there.)
