There's tons and tons online just be careful what sites you go on to get them .

Once you have a few nice ones picked out go into your Admin control panel and click Smilies on the left and you can now see the options and either manage to swap some out (this will also give you an indication of what's required when you simply add one etc) or simply click to add a new one .
