1- delete all Thumbs.db files, they are pointless
2- seperate the .psd from your release, put them in their own zip
3- use compacted jquery versions.. the .min version is enough for all needs.
4- when saving from photoshop, use the Web format, not basic .gif or .jpg...
5- do not use .png format for files that do not require transparency... use .jpg instead, you will spare 5x the size of your images.
