There may be using the Phrases that are built in. Login to your admincp and then go to Languages & Phrases and expand it. Click "Search in Phrases". Top box (Search For Text) place the text that you want to change. Like "What's New" without the quotes. Then tick the "Phrase Text and Phrase Variable Name" box and click "Find". You should then get a list of things. Find the one you want, click "Edit", in the box at the bottom where you see "English Translation" place the text you want to change it to and then click Save. Then take a look refresh your browser and it should be changed. If its not then you may have changed the wrong phrase.
