You can use it as a real shop, but people have to use "credits" to purchase the items. It doesn't have a shipping/invoice component to it though. There is also a PayPal add-on which allows you to have people buy 'credits' via their PayPal account for their full purchase.

All of it is being rewritten/recoded though and may not be updated as of right now.
