I run 4.08. I just tried this, imported with no problems, refreshed many times, but still no "Send PM to Users" link in "Users" section. Not only that, it made the Users section of the Control Panel disappear altogether.

Very frustrating.

I tried another Mass PM hack, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...36#post2127536 it also doesn't work, see my comment.

Would really love to have some help on this to make any of these hacks work for 4.08
