This is a great start, but there are some things that it needs in order to be more usable. I would like to see it more in line with osTicket.
- There needs to be a way to assign a ticket to a person. This should work off of the user list that is already in vBulletin.
- There needs to be a way to view which tickets are assigned to you.
- There needs to be a way to reassign the ticket to a different department/product.
- There needs to be a way to send a tech a private message as well as the email.
- The department/products should have the ability to say "this department is handled by X" and have it instantly assigned to X (a technician).
- Delete ticket should only be available based on the usergroup.
