I have been using this style since first introduced and absolutely love it. I recently upgraded to 4.1 PL2 and re-installed this template. I'm having issues with two things.

1. The gray bar seen above the list of threads (which offers the Forum Tools options and so on) as seen here: http://www.equination.net/game/forum...-EQ-Discussion do not show up on the threads themselves, as you can see here or by clicking on any of the threads: http://www.equination.net/game/forum...An-EQ-Near-You...

2. Is there a way for me to reset the icons for threads that currently have the piece of paper? Previously those threads were all supposed to be "none" but it appears most now have that piece of paper instead. This is minor, but it would be nice if there is a quick fix for it
