Private Forum: Flag users who login from multiple IP addresses

We are using bulletin as a members area and want to prevent users from passing credentials around to their buddies. Usernames who are logging in from hugely variant IPs are obviously not the same person. Plan is to flag this activity and red flag it, issue warnings, etc.....
