I can't understand why you have :
Go to AdminCP > Profile Fields > Add new Profile field > Single Select Menu
Title - My mobile

the instructions are twice inside then you say :
Write down your field numbers for both of the new fields, ie field8 & field9

why 2 new fields??? There should only be one.

I think you should review your instructions here and for the car too.
