Yes this is simple. Just download or buy different templates built for your version of vbulletin. Then read the templates readme.html or pdf. Then do as it says. After full installation just customize the templates images as you wish and add them to your style changer, usually this is automatic. Or you can even use the style generator in the admin cp to make your own or learn html or css. Hope that helped. If you need anymore help just pm me.

PS: You can also make these templates only be seen by certain user-groups. Also a real simple way to make several forums for certain things would be to set up several test forums and use those as your different forums. After that make sure on your main forum you have the catagories to these forums link to each of the forums urls. Its not a quick process but well organized and simple.
