i have recently purchased a new hosting package, domain name ect, and will also purchase a new design, i figure a clean install will do it justice.. new database, fresh start....

my question is can i go ahead and run a clean vbull install on a new domain in a test forum state? and keep the old one active untill im ready to go live with the new one?

how would i go about this?
