I think you mix up some things or don't understand the difference between editting, adding and replacing.
The old file is
not replaced. The old file is still present in the system. The only thing that gets replaced is the title, because that's really a replacement.
The new file will be added too, and since the title is replaced, it will be shown in Downloads II at the place of the old file.
But the old file wil
NOT get deleted so will still be in your downloads directory. That's the reason why you have your problem.
Replacing would mean that the file and describtion would be replaced completely (fysically and virtually, so on harddisk and in Downloads II). But that is not the case.
