Ted, any ideas? Unless, someone can help me figure this out, I'll need to uninstall. It is useless for me as is.

This may be related, we ran the scripts:

UPDATE post SET goodrank = '', totalrank = '';
DELETE FROM helpfulanswer;

And it returned the following:

An error occurred while attempting to execute your query. The following information was returned.
error number: 1054
error desc: Unknown column 'goodrank' in 'field list'
