Maybe it?s the same reason why the attachment upload don?t work!

If I try to attach a file this error occours:

Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /root/httpdocs/board/admin/functions.php on line 1780

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid File-Handle resource in /root/httpdocs/board/admin/functions.php on line 1782

But I get no MySQL error when I try to define an avatar! Only the Boardmsg error!

Please HELP me!!!!
