- ï»¿ï»¿ï»¿ usually means someone edited a file without using a proper text editor and some extra 'stuff' got saved in the file and is causing that junk to get spit out on pages. If on every page, then my guess is it was the config.php file that was edited improperly. If so, this will cause all sorts of problems. So, create a new config.php file using a proper text editor, enter the correct data, and upload it and see if this fixes many of your issues.
