vb.org Archive - View Single Post - "What's New" content inside "Home"

I would like to know if this is possible:

I use vbulletin and the cms. Could i have the content that appears in the 'What's New' tab appear inside the cms Home? I know that my members all go right to this section as soon as they come to my site. Nobody ever goes to the 'forums' tab unless they are gonna post something new. I them to be able to see all the newest content from the Home tab without going anywhere else.

If so, could you please direct me to where i need to go for help.
