At any rate why is it important that users get credits when they are not logged in? It wont matter to them unless they are present, at which point they would have their credits. There are many changes made which include that philosophy in an effort to reduce server stress.

Are all of those calculations suspended when the product is turned off ? I am trying to diagnose excess database hits and slow load times, I think it is mostly vb but I just want to be sure Every other process is turned off.
