Has anyone had a Problem tweeting logged into twitter after the auto twitter has posted from one of your forums.

I Got a Message from tweeter that there was a problem with my tweet, so I removed the thread that I tested the auto tweet in, deleted the post to twitter and all was well again.

Not sure if anyone experienced this or maybe just glitch on twitter side.
