No Moderation tools within search results in vb4.0.6 ?! Please Help

Why are the moderation tools (i.e. the check boxes and options) not present on the search result pages. Makes it very difficult to moderate posts and delete spam posts by a particular user using the "All posts by user" search.

This is puzzling!

Is it a bug or am I missing something?
