Also if I select navtab, the tab shows up... But no drop down menu & the link is basically dead (even with the default vBulletin theme).

navbar however works (although admittedly small to notice).

I'll be going very thoughtfully through the settings.

Google sandbox? or real google account? is it confirmed and active in google area. It takes 3-5 days for google to activate. ALso what currency are you using? USD? EUR? What is google account default currency basically.

Navtab or bar some people getting this issue will be looking into it soon. Has to do with them having LIST on or off and permissions for list and donate that may cause issue they are having but again will have to trouble shoot never happens on my sites but again probably my permissions.
