vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Separate columns in forumlist for threads, posts

I see vbulletin.org and many other vbulletin forums to have in index page, in forumlist, separated columns for totals of threads and posts.
By default, in 4.x.x they both are in the same column.

How could i separate them in 2 columns? Also, how can i put borders between forum description, total threads, total posts, last poster title/date?

I m totaly new in vbulletin, I ve searched the forum all day, but so far seems i cannot find any similar thread about the above.
