Well I see some help around here. But I assumed the best way is using the support ticket system?

I have to agree support on the forum seems low. But I know you guys get a lot of tickets to go through and what not. So it's gotta be tough. Though maybe there needs to be one person assigned that doesn't do support tickets, but helps only via forum.
