so i want to create links in a profile to basically submit a query that will compare lists of 2 members [for a trading website]

the url link will basically look like:

http://www.website.com/search.cgi?us...R2&list2=TRADE

and include this in the postbit.

can you use vb code to call a user's own (USER1) entry in a custom profile field and then call the poster's (USER2) entry in that same profile field?
