Where and how can I get it? Sorry to seem to vague, but our developer left us in the lurch recently and I am still picking up pieces and making things up as I go with no training or previous experience. (The closest I have come to anything like this is manipulating VBA in excel

All I know is we have VB4.0.7 and it is functional and I have managed to install various mods relatively. Is there something I need to upgrade, install, manipulate?
