Thank you kh. Err...I still can't find it.

I've looked through languages and phrases, and I think I'm just overlooking it somehow. Languages from the admin CP, right? Bare with me, after all this time I'm still feeling my way around VB...

ETA- Scratch that, I found forum_rules_registration (changed the search term to just registration), but the only thing it's showing me is the text requesting agreement to the terms. I can't edit the actual text either, it says "You cannot change the variablename or text to insert; you can only change the translations of the phrase." I, um, don't know what that means. :erm:
