Nobody commented on this. Looks like this mod doesn't currently consider both primary as well as secondary usergroups, which will not work for my needs. So in the end, I had to make a slight mod to a few of the exclude functions in class_downloads2.php. At least I can now control the main permissions via the primary usergroup, and then manage category access via the secondary usergroups. This appears to be pretty effective. Great mod Jelle!

Thanks for the update! I've been testing this mod for a while and would love to use it and $ contribute but I'm having the same issues a Bobbo. Is there a work around like Bobbo suggests? Please send me a PM for the best way to $ contribute to this Mod.
