Doesn't have that ability right now but I'll add it to the feature request list

The DownloadsII importer is working pretty well at the moment but as someone mentioned, it doesn't import links right now. I'll work on getting that in in the coming days. Flash uploads and sub-categories will also be in fairly soon! Overall we hope this will be a solid replacement for you all!
