I completed an upgrade from 4.01 to 4.08. Some of my original template changes reverted back to defaults.

The default position of the signon & notifications module is overlapping with my other template elements. How do i move the login section to be closer to the top of my website page? Right now it has a 1 inch space from top.

How do i make this change within the Header Template?
