vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Separator Line Missing In Whats Going On

In 4.0.8 there are some blocks of data under WHATS GOING ON at the bottom of forums.

Most of them are separated by a line which looks great.

Some plugins are there as well but there are no separator lines between them.

Any idea of how I can get those lines in there?
