I'm looking for a mod for 3.8x where if a member reports a post it will then go into a thread which only Admins and Moderators can see with Prefix of like "Unresolved, Questionable and Resolved" so it will not give any private messages but all reported posts will go into just one thread?

Edit: Also how do I make the whole banner go back to homepage once clicked? as at the moment there is only one part which I had to place "HomePage" onto but I want the whole thing able to go back to homepage, as well as the Notifications will not open a new drop down box nor is click-able on the homepage.
